CEEPUK Documents and Downloads

CEEP have prepared documents, tools and guides on a number of important topics affecting public service employers and providers.

Valuing Age provides a guide and good practice information on managing an ageing workforce in the public services. It is based on a project managed by CEEP UK.

Equally Diverse is a good practice compendium of equal opportunities and equal treatment policies and practice in the public services prepared by CEEP as part of the European Year of Equal Opportunities for All. It includes many examples from CEEP UK members.

Europe for Employers is a document prepared by CEEP UK which provides an overview of EU social and employment policy and the social dialogue process.

EQPay – Final Report is a document giving Social Partner approaches to reduce the gender pay gap in the public services.

A Better Kind of Change gives an overview of modernisation and restructuring in the public services based on a project carried out by CEEP in 2007/08 with the participation of CEEP UK.
